We interview each driver, which is why all of our drivers must provide their criminal records. All cars must be in excellent working condition and insured according to local legal requirements.

Yes, we're happy to make room for your furry friend! Please let us know in advance if you'll be traveling with pets. Pets are allowed.

Yes, drivers will provide appropriate child seats.

Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes for airport pickups in case of delays, but please make sure to contact our support team as soon as you learn about the delay. We'll do everything possible to adjust to your new arrival time.

We understand that sometimes you may want to stay longer at a location. If you'd like extra time, please make arrangements with your driver. There will be an hourly fee. Although they will do their best to accommodate you, sometimes their schedule won't allow them to stay longer.

Your vehicle is assigned based on the number of passengers and luggage selected during booking. Changes depend on availability: you can ask, and we'll check for you, but we cannot guarantee adjustments.

Our vehicles can only accommodate folding wheelchairs. Sedan: up to 2 passengers + standard luggage + 1 folding wheelchair. Truck: up to 10 passengers + standard luggage + 1 folding wheelchair. Please contact customer service if you have a motorized wheelchair, but note that we do not have ramps or lifts.
You'll receive the vehicle that best fits the number of travelers in your group, from a sedan up to a van for groups of up to 7 people or a truck that carries 10 seated passengers. Depending on where you're traveling, you can book from a Corolla-like sedan. Although the exact model may vary, we always ensure the provided vehicle meets your needs in terms of safety, reliability, and comfort. We'll send you the exact vehicle details a few days before your trip.

Your driver can pick you up at the airport, hotel, cruise terminal, or any other car-accessible pickup point. This also applies to your destination location.

Your driver will find you at the agreed place and time and will not contact you beforehand unless necessary. You will receive a reminder with your driver's name and mobile number a few days before departure, in case you need to contact them.

Drivers with A Daily Trip in El Salvador speak English and will be happy to share their personal knowledge about the areas they are driving through.

You can pay for the service in advance by credit card or in cash directly to the driver. At the top of the page, you'll find a button to make your payment. You will be charged in US dollars.

The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for our services.

If you're satisfied with your driver's service, you can reward them with a tip at your discretion (20% is standard in the U.S., 10% is sufficient for the rest of the world).
